Vestas Shaft Alignment System
Large forces are in action in a wind turbine. The safety of the maintenance technicians is therefore of the utmost importance. With the Easy-Laser® shaft alignment system the generator and gearbox can be aligned with the coupling dismounted and the brake locked. This system is designed especially for Vestas, and fits all their turbine sizes. With Easy-Laser®'s own development department and machine shop, a customer adapted system can be produced very quickly, and designed so one measurement system fits all sizes of turbine. The measurement programs are easy to learn and to use, and there are numerous options for documenting and saving the result of the work (e.g. to printer or PC).
